I used this website Yebhi.com for the very first time to order a cutlery set and it got delivered to me in a completely damaged and shoddy condition. The item looks so cheap that I wouldn’t even give it to a ragpicker!! When I checked the company website it said that they have a 30 days return policy. But on calling them I was told that if the item is damaged I need to inform them within 24 hours of receipt of the item!
I have never encountered a more laudable situation!! This is a classic case of how these online companies take customers for a ride. This is not the first time I have used an online portal to order items but this definitely the first time I have gotten so horribly duped. Please be very cautious when ordering from Yebhi.com.
The website owners are a bunch of thieves!!
