I was a buyer from Yebhi since 2010. For past 6 months I am having a huge trouble with Yebhi!
Yes they are worst now! Before they were releasing series of coupons to attracted me to buy a lot but not right now!
Any how since due to my work nature I was buying from there other than Myntra, Bestylish and many other. I am Pro in eShopping so I used to buy almost everything online.
Yebhi started following me I realized that only a couple of weeks ago. I made an order for Adidas Sandals 4 months before for INR 1799 through Visa Debit Card. But Yebhi people changed that into COD stating that the Bank details were down so we had made in COD and we will refund once if we got the details of the transactions. Anyhow I was mailing them every week with my bank statement showing that it was debited and I got a stnadard reply mail that "We solve the issue soon". It is going on still now!
Any how I had trust on them and continued shippong on them with low profile orders worth INR 200 - INR 800
Again I made a order for a Adidas Shoe before 3 weeks for INR 4045.80 this time I paid with HDFC Netbanking. Intitally the order was shown verified and shown as success. But later when I received the package I came to know it was changed to COD. Shocked now and checked on My Order page in YEBHI and it was converted in COD. So I immediately called when the Yebhi CC when courier guys is in front of me.
They said it was site issue and the payment will be refunded in 5-7 working days maximum. Since out team was planning for company trip so I ordered it and since I need now I believed them and paid INR 4046 to the courier guys as COD Charge. But when I called the Yebhi CC last week they said me that it is not COD and I dont need to pay. For my astonishment I checked my order page in Yebhi which now shows as PayMent mode as netbanking. Then I showed them the Aramex tracking number which shows as COD Delivered which they gave in their website but Yebhi is denying them! SO, DONT BUY FROM YEBHI IF YOU NEED A HAPPY E LIFE. BUY ONLY IF YOU WANT TROIUBLES AND SURPRISES TO BE ENJOYED!

Now the Adidas Shoe which bought 3 weeks ago was a FAKE ONE. YES FAKE. It was written as "Adidas!". The resemblance is same but in their website they have shown as "Adidas" but what I received is "Adidas!". So better use some other trusted site than YEBHI!
