I had ordered a designer saree from yebhi.com on 5/22/2013 with order no ybh3670589. It took about 10 days to deliver the order. On receiving the order i realized there was a greater difference between the item that was displayed in the site and in real. However, i placed a request to return the order and this had to be done twice due to the lapse from the online service provider. The return order numbers are- cro198081 placed on 6/7/2013 and cro199649 placed on 6/14/2013. On 6/22/2013, the item was finally returned through blue dart courier services as arranged by yebhi. But, from then i have not received any updates from the online shopping site regarding the refund of my money. For every call or mail that i send, the customer service executive responds with a request of two additional working days to settle the issue. But till date the issue have not been sorted. Shopping in yebhi.com was a sheer waste of my time, money and efforts.
The return policy of yebhi.com speaks "30 day return. Joy.

This is an absolutely incorrect statement which does not suit yebhi. I lost my 30 days return period due to lack of response from the other party. I regret my act of buying this item from yebhi and sincerely request all the readers to be careful with such unethical online shopping companies especially when it comes to returning an order.
