Yebhi's customer support is very good..

I had placed one order. For almost three days, there was no update. I called help desk many times and they had the same response, there is some technical problem and we cannot help you.


Next time, I checked, support guy gave me the details saying that product is out of the stock and they cannot ship it.


Well, I really appreciate the way Yebhi handled the issue. They searched all their warehouse once again to find out that item is available and it got shipped. If they have some good  inventory management in place, it would be India’s best e-site soon.
