On 28th Jan 2014 I purchased a 16GB ipad air cellular worth Rs 44900 from Yebhi.com. The payment was made partially through vouchers(Rs 7000) and the rest by credit card. Till date(8th Feb) the item is not shipped in spite of raising my concern to the Yebhi customer care through phone calls and emails multiple times.As per customer care they can’t give any estimate on delivery/shipment date since the item will be procured from external vendor. Most interesting part is, even though they committed on 04th Feb that they will definitely provide me with some update by 8th Feb but they couldn’t . Reason being the vendor is not responding. So they are asking me to either wait indefinitely or cancel the order.
Coming to the refund part - Now yebhi is insisting me to cancel the order.But they won’t refund back the credit card amount to card account. As per their policy amount can be refunded to’My Wallet’. This means I would neither get the product nor my money back. I’ll definitely not let them usurp my money so easily.
Word of advice of other.Stay away from Yebhi.com. These thieves are looming large in broad day light.
