I bought different products from 4 different websites. Letsbuy.com, healthkart.com, shoppersstop.com and yebhi.com.
Letsbuys supplied defective product and I have to run piller to post to get that replaced for 20 days. They wont pick phones, wont reply to emails, and wont call even when promised.
Shoppersshop.com cancelled 5 orders in a row and sent completely different item on 6th order, but they respond.and generally polite.
healthkart is generally good as so far I didn’t have to deal with their customer service.
but Yebhi steal the show, first they have wonderful offers, Site is very user friendly, ( have some glitches though). When I called customer service to get replacement for size mismatch, they responded in first ring( think of letsbuys wait of 30 minutes). They arranged a pick the same day(for letsbuy we need to follow up 20 days.).and they have wonderful return policy.
I think if yebhi is one of the best shopping portal in India and will continue to grow because of their customer orientation.
