I placed an order for 12 curtains from yebhi on 13th of June. They delivered 11 curtains from order of 12. I called them up and was informed by their customer service rep that the missing article will be delivered very soon. I made 2 - 3 calls after that and each time I was informed that they have raised a complaint.
I was fed up with the delay and spoke to one of their managers who was perhaps one of the worst managers you could speak too. he promised me that he will speak to his warehouse department and call me back in 2 hours but he never called the entire day. next day I called back and questioned him about not calling me and his reply was " I was busy on a meeting so I could not call you". He wanted me to believe that he was stuck on meeting for 24 hours. I could not understand why they have managers when they dont have time for customers. Disgusted with his attitude I requested to speak to his manager.
He connected to some other guy who claimed being a Senior team lead ( remember this was on 21st June). This guy promised me that he will personally follow up on my case and will make sure my product gets delivered on Monday ( 25th June). Not surprising product was never delivered on Monday. I called him back and spoke to customer service and asked them to connect to Mr. Senior team lead. Reply from customer service was that Mr.Team lead is having lunch ( lunch at 4 pm) and I was told that he will call me back within 1 hour. His one hour never came and its been 5 days since.
The point I would like to make here is no the product going out of stock but the horrible level of customer service. Right from front line agents to their managers no one has any accountability and they have disgusting level of customer service.
