Awesome customer service

I tried a mobile recharge at yebhi.com. My payment was deducted from my account but was not transferred to my mobile balance. I waited for good 1 week as advised by a couple of executives at yebhi, but still couldn’t see any updation. Today, I called up yebhi with my temper lost, has to be, and spoke with Karan Thareja. I know, I was really rude to him and almost threatened him with what not, but this guy was highly professional and patient throughout. He understood the situation, took the onus, and within minutes my balance was transferred on my mobile. Let me tell you Yebhi.com, till the time you have people like Karan Thareja in the system, no one can beat you in e-commerce.
