Recently I had recommended one of my friend to buy shoes from your website, he placed an order vide order no. YBH753998, on 2nd Nov’2011, which has not been delivered till date.
I had contacted your customer service twice to get the status of the order but no proper explanation was given for the same.
It is really a case of poor service. It seems that over the period of time the service has detoriated like anything.
