I placed an Order No. YBH1336823 on Yebhi.com. The Order was for 3 Slippers. I returned a defective slipper back to them on the same day. When the article was received by them, I requested for a Refund. After 3 days these cheats issued me a GV for Rs 719 that was the amount paid by me. I again requested them that I need a Refund & not a GV for which the executive apologized and committed for a Refund in 24hrs.
As it was already 72hrs. when I first requested for a Refund. When I didnt get a refund in next 36 hrs. I called them again & again the executive committed for a Refund in 24 hrs. When I didnt get a Refund even by today, I called them and asked that who will pay for all the STD Charges & undue harassment that I have faced, then their executive transferred my call to Amit Miglani who very politely told me that he will refund back my amount in 2 hrs.
NOW AFTER 2 hrs. WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAIL FOR REFUND CONFIRMATION, I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT ONLY Rs360 HAVE BEEN REFUNDED. When I called them their executive told me that charges have been deducted for the Refund and discount coupon.They issued the GV for Rs 719 and I have got their mail as a proof for this & when I asked for Refund they were not willing for the same at first place but when I repeatedly asked them for the same then they did this nonsense.
AMIT CALLED ME TODAY AFTER GOING THROUGH MY COMPLAINT & STRAIGHTAWAY ISSUED THE GV. Thanks for this & I recommend that keep this service from the start & at every level.
