Effective customer support

Recently I have purchased the electronic product from yebhi.com with the order number , after some days product have some electrical fault.......due to my job I don’t have enough time to go to the service center and repair or replace my electronic cooker (Morphy Richards Electric Cooker Kitchen 80CGT Cooker 1 8 L Stainless Steel).....i was little worried because its was my electronic online purchase...and waht happened if they deny to repair or replace my defective product.....all the hard money was wasted.......


I called up yebhi customer support team from my office and they will arrange a visit of technician from manufacturer at my address within 24 hours and they will replace my cooker with the defective one........its good to see that yebhi has been provided such a good services because in that 24 hours they had called me twice for the confirmation, I m surprised with their services...........they made my first electronic online purchase memorable......hats off.......my friends has also purchase many thing from yebhi and they all were happy with the effective and transparent services.....thanks yebhi for saving my time.........
