Yebhi Customer service and logistics Suck

I’m an Indian Expat who wished to deliver some gift to family on the eve of Eid on November 7th 2011.Placed my order after checking with the Yebhi CC agent over fone on 1st November after being assured that the courier will reach in 4-5days. But its 16th November 2011 now still no trace of the shipment. I have been a customer of Yebhi from Bigshoebazaar times when they used to ship the goods through Bluedart and now after changing to Yebhi.com they opted for AFL which is crap. CCare agents drop the call when I ask for a refund.Just now I spoke to 4 agents who dropped my call in a series when asked for refund and they reply that as per company policy they should recieve the item back into their warehouse intact only then after 7-10 business days they will process the refund.How ridiculous.


I have been saying I dont have the item even then they say that they need it back .funny people and this fun irks me out real bad.I happen to speak to a Rahul Tiwari alias Manish who posted his fake experince on Mouthshut.com, these are thugs who promote wrong things.


Handling business is an art and only a few can master it as a matter of fact.When they handled a small business very well, they should have sticked to basics when they are expanding.


May be for sure if this continues I dont think Yebhi will stand too long.
