ORDER NO:YBH906075 I have been a regular purchaser withYEBHI and been receiving the shipments ordered online through BLUE DART and ARAMEX. The Way bill Nos (Recent orders) mentioned below shipped vide BLUE DART are received correctly without any issue 43781270190 58538445280 58538437263 58538434194 58538341046 My Last order YBH892628 vide BLUE DART Way bill No:43781356102 stated that my address is incorrect and unable to deliver...Then I personally went to courier office and collected the parcel.
On inquiring why the online status was put as Incorrect Address when other parcels pertaining to all the above mentioned way bill Nos were delivered to the same address correctly, they informed that it was a new staff and he could not trace my address. Today again Way bill : 43781391043 states that my Address is incorrect and unable to deliver the parcel. Do you want me to go to BLUE DART courier office again and collect this parcel..Kindly speak to BLUE dart and get this in order or else ship my future orders only through ARAMEX..
