I had placed an Order (Order no. YBH1864403 ) for a led tv on June 2nd at 7.45 P.M.It was a 32 inches led TV "VJG32HH-ZMA (Vo)" and the price was quoted as Rs 14045 /- with 50% discount on MRP .I released it might be a pricing mistake so I called the customer care and he told me if the price doesn’t change even after 1 hour you can place the Order.I placed the Order with Cash on Delivery as option and again called the customer next day to ask what is the procedure when orders are placed on Cash on delivery, She told me that as the product’s price is more than Rs 2000/- , I will be getting a verification call.I even got a verification call on 4th june, the guy who called me said that I have to pay Rs 14045 /-when the delivery is made and I accepted to it.The status of the Order changed from "Un-Verified" to "Verified" .On 6th June evening I was shocked to see that my Order has disappeared in my Order history Tab at yebhi.com.I myself called yebhi customer care at 0124-4934650and asked him where is my Order.He told me that the order has been cancelled and was giving some silly reasons.But I clearly told him my first concern was not about the cancellation of the order but deleting it from my account with out informing me and not informing me about the cancellation.I told that I need to speak to a Some Sr level person regarding this and I spoke with one Mr.Victor Who said he will report this issue and take care that such things doesn’t happen again.They even committed a Rs 500 /- Gift Voucher for the distrust they caused to me.I spent nearly 30 minutes on the call on that day and I said the first thing I need is an apology mail accepting your mistake to which he said that I will be getting an apology mail with Rs 500 /- GV.But till date I never got an apology mail nor order cancellation mail.These are my questions for yebhi management:- 1) Why did you not call the customer and inform that the order is cancelled . 2) How could you take unilateral decision to cancel the Order and delete it from his account with out informing the Customer. 3) Isn’t it your responsibility to apologize to the customer for the mistake from your part.4)I placed the Order on Saturday evening at 7.30 P.M, I got verification call for the Order on Monday afternoon.The order got Deleted on Wednesday evening.Yebhi had nearly 3-4 days to explain their Situation which you never did but just went on your own to Cancel/Delete the Order with out even informing me.4)Is this the way to treat a customer, I called my self after finding the order missing from my account and spoke for 30 minutes to one of the Sr Executive and a Sr in-charge named Mr.Victor and asked him that I want an apology mail along with the 500 GV that they them self promised .5)I had myself again sent a mail regarding this issue on 7th June and 13th June regarding the same issue but never got reply.Complaint number CC12061179449 was raised against the mail I sent on 13th June with a promise that " You will get a response on this email in the next 24 hours." but there has been nothing like that.


I still have not got the mail for the cancellation/apology of the Order.


Is this the way you treat the Customers for your blunders.Luckily I had placed the Order as Cash on Delivery or else I should have been made to run from pillar to post to prove that I had made a payment and request for refund because you people hack into customers account and delete the order information with out informing them.Is it not your responsibility to apologise the customer and keep him informed about the Orders he placed before you make any Judgement by your self.I have toms of Proof including screen shots , Voice recording with customer care to prove my issue.So Consumers Be Very Very Careful before you place any Orders on yebhi, it this is the treatment they provide to an old customer of their think 100 times if it is your First Order. Because of their high number of Customer base yebhi has now turned into an arrogant, unreliable, fraud and unapologetic portal/ business venture.

Glad to see quick response with an apology mail and call from Yebhi.


It would had been very nice if you could have dealt the issue more professionally by taking customer into confidence with in 48 hours when the order was cancelled. I had never asked the Order to be processed and Yebhi has every right to cancel the order if it was a pricing error, What I asked was take customer into confidence, keep him informed about the updates of the order when it is cancelled.What is the need to delete the cancelled Order from customers account, You could have mentioned it as cancelled in the status tab for at-least 2 days and then delete it.


This was the first time I faced an issue in communicating with Yebhi.What I asked was an apology mail showing the order was cancelled, It would had been very nice if you had communicated to me at the earliest instead of I going public on internet and then you people apologize to me. Any how the issue is now resolved and Hope that Yebhi resolves the issues at the earliest and not wait till the customer goes Public on Internet.
