The services are no longer good & totally unrelaible. Now they have increased the rates & on top of that you are never sure whether the cab will come on the scheduled time or even come at all.
I have stopped using the services & will not recommend any one. I am just updating my review as I don’t want to mislead any one after my couple of bitter experiences.

I recently came to Hyderabad & one of my friend told me about the Yellow Taxi. These are Radio taxi & you need to book the taxi by calling their operator (4400 4400). I have used this quite a lot during last 4 months & really satisfied with the service. They use Indica.
Charges: 10/km during daytime & 15/km from 11 PM to 5 AM. Earlier they used to charge 30 Rs as pickup charges which now they discontinued. A welcome step..
Advantages : As all know, Car Travel is always comfortable compared to Auto & moreover Autos in Hyderabad don’t always go by meter & you need to bargain a lot. So I prefer to go by a cab rather than Auto. Here Autos charge min 7/km & paying 10/km for comfortable travel is quite reasonable. And of course I have more faith on meters of these cabs than Autos.
Disadvantages: You need to have a planned travel atleast 30 mins in advance to book the cab otherwise cabs might not be available. So flexibility is an issue. And many times I have noticed that if you try to book around 10.30 PM or so, they will say that cab will be available at 11 PM only. I suspect increased rate is one incentive for them not to take bookings at that time.
Overall Verdict : Given a choice & availability, I would love to pay 10/km for a cab rather than an Auto for the sheer comfort.
PS: There are many cabs available here in Hyderabad like Meru, Orange cabs etc but mostly I have used Yellow Taxi & hence this review. Meru is one good service (offering A/C Logan) although charges are around 15/km during daytime and 18.75/km during night.
