I am very dissatisfied with the excuses your representative gave when I asked for my refund.
Firstly I was told that my refund would be debited in my account within 48 hours, which never happened, again I called up and I was told I have been provided with wrong info and would be refunded into my account within 4-5 working days, which again didn’t happen.
Again I was been told it would be done within next 24 hours and again now it has been extended within 3 days. Please keep people in your company who have proper info, misguiding your customers wont do any good to you.
Its been pain now calling you and asking for my money because your representatives have an excuse ready rather than providing with the correct info. So I request people to listen to my phone call which I made by my phone 9888 and take proper actions and give my money back.
I did send this email but didn’t receive any reply, gave call numerous times, but only heard excuses.
They are a big time liars.
