I am really disappointed from the customer care of YEPME.COM. I wanted to give an order for 5 jackets. I called on 0124-6787334, some girl Anita Jaiswal picked up the call. She had no sense how to handle a customer. She was so rude on the call. She was in a hurry, like she has to catch up her train.
When I asked her about the stuff of jackets, she told that " mam aap customer care no. pe call kar lo, ye no. sirf order place karne ke liye hai " .
I was really feeling bad while talking to her.
These people have no sense how to talk to a customer. No professionalism on the calls. Pathetic customer services.I want to log complaint against that stupid girl Anita Jaiswal. How can she talked to me so rudely. Is she the owner of the company?

I hope from now onward you guys will try to improve your customer services. It was really horrible experience while talking to that girl Anita Jaiswal. I was feeling that, I am doing some crime while talking to her. She should atleast talk politely to me. These guys need lots of improvements in customer services. They should treat a customer as a human, not as an animal. They need a good training once again.
