I ordered a pair of shoes on 10 Oct 2013 and got the delivery at 14 oct 2013. But they have sent different size as per my order. I filed a complaint and got answer it will be replaced and reverse pick by our courier partner will be done in 24-48 hours. On 18 Oct 2013 I got message from their courier partner that your reverse pick will be done today but nobody came to my home and when I tracked the order on courier company site it was shown that "customer do not have product available".
It was a false status as nobody came to my house for collection. From that day I am calling yepme they are saying same thing we i.e we have forwarded your complaint to concerned department and reverse pickup will be done in 24-48 hours and same thing is said by their courier partner DELHIVERY to me from last 20 days i.e reverse pick up will be done today.
At last I decided not to call them again because the shoe price was Rs. 374 and I spent Rs. 350 on calling their customer care again and again and also I am sure they will not replace the product so why waste the money on calling.
