I have placed an order on October 11th, 2013 for Ladies sports shoe to give as a gift. My order number is.3713860. They shipped wrong size. I spoke to the customer care immediately. They asked me to register a complaint after 24 hours, since their system is not updated. Then I registered the complaint on 16th October 2013. They told me that product will be picked up in a week time.
They never turned up to pick the product. I have made hell lot of calls and response was zero. After quarreling with customer care executive for more than 20 min.Finally They picked the wrong shoe on 28th October and they confirmed me that correct product would be delivered to your door step(this phrase is used by almost all the executive in Yepme) in five days. I have waited for another week. Nothing has come to my doorstep. Then I again called customer care on 11th November 2013(one month from purchase). He told me that we dont have stock, it would be delivered soon.
Really I fed up with this. And I told them that I dont want the product, you refund my money. They agreed for the refund and raised the complaint on their website. then Complaint status in yepme site shows, refund cancelled. I received a mail saying that it is cancelled because of duplicate complaint.
I called customer care again, They told me that it is cancelled because of duplicate complaint and we are working on your original complaint. I spent more than 30 min with their executive on phone. he confirmed that money would be credited to my account on or before 25th November 2013.His name is Mani and he also told me that he would be responsible for this because I wanted to speak to next level people to escalate it, I felt these executives are waste.
Again I waited, Till now I didnt get the money. I spend lot of money by calling them. I suggest the people, not to use their website by seeing all the attractive offers, since I have fallen the trap in the same way by tempting. it is a very big trap to steal your hard earned money. After speaking to customer care, your Blood Pressure and anguish would rose like anything. it is my very sad experience.
Government should take action on these kind of fraudulent company. I never had experience like this before on any other online purchase. I had similar one on Allschoolstuff.com, but not like this, they refunded the money. it is my first purchase on Yepme. I did a mistake buying before reading review on mouthshut.com on Yepme. Usually I do read the review and buy. This time I missed and I am suffering.
Please avoid this website. I dont want to give single star to this site to say as a very very very poor, but mouthshut didnt allow me. Hence I gave one star.
