I ordered a girl shoes on 11.11.13 and paid amount in advance by net banking. I got parcel on 16.11.13 and courier asked for payment on delivery, when I said that we already paid, he denied to deliver and asked to contact customer care. Customer care said that we have no information of your payment and you register complaint by write to our mail id. I send mail immediately with attaching my account transaction detail to show my payment. they simply replied that we are looking into matter and after many calls and reminder by mail, they informed on 21.11.13 about registration of my complaint No.427754.
So ultimately my complaint got registered only after one week. Now every time Yepme writes to contact on their helpline which is not toll free and you have to wait for long to get connected and at last result is Nil. When I send all the details, why they do not want to accept their own mistake and wants payment from me twice.
My conclusion is that THIS IS TOTALLY MISMANAGED, NON-SUPPORTIVE AND CHEATER AND FRAUD SITE. PLEASE AVOID TO DEAL WITH IT.
