I ordered a pair of shirts on 23 October 2014 for 1000 INR from Yepme.com and was delivered on 2 November 2014 . Initially I was excited, but when I received my order I felt utterly dejected. Quality was pathetic and when I put on one shirt just to check the size it gave me itching sensation. Really disappointed.
So I lodged complaint and returned the order to their address and got a conformation message from them that they received product on 18 November.
They said it refund process will take 10 days. Its well over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my refund.
I regret now that I bought products from Yepme.com and will never ever shop with them again.
And would request everyone else to do the same.
