I ordered pair of shoes on yepme and after 10 days they were arrived so I paid the delivery guy money and received the product and when I opened the box I was shocked because yepme sent me different product and I ordered different colour, size was also changed by yepme.
So I decided to call yepme they picked up my phone after 3 tries so I complained them about change in product they said me that
sir you have to courier that item to our address and we will check it and after that we will send you a new item.
I said that I can’t you pickup from my place as other online store provides facility and they said no sir you have to courier to our place.
After that I gave those shoes to my brother because it was too complicated process.
They don’t give any priority to customers and I will never use yepme again in my life.
Website layout and design looks good and its easy to select but there are too few products to select from. Yepme provides cheaper rates in compare to other markets but whats the use of cheapee products if they sents different sizes and colours.
