I ordered two pair of shoes from Yepme.com and it has been more than 12 days till yet I didnt get them delivered. When I took the help of customer service support( firstly they will not pick up the calls) to track the status, I came to know that they haven’t had any order details, which was seriously disgusting as I have the received their respective mail for shipment of the product( with code 3788158).
After I insisted them, they told me to get back to them in 2 days just to trace the order. Last day I have received a mail for the shipment delivery of the product in 6-8 business days. However no apology was made from their end for such unexpected surprises and delays. I don’t understand how they can be so sluggish and irresponsible. The only reason I m still not cancelling the order is just to check will they make a delivery or not.
If yes, then how long. For sure I’m going to get back for the same response.
