I had ordered one top for my wife which we returned later on after finding it short /small than the size shown on their website. Now Since last 20 days we are following up for credit to get replacement of top, we are getting pathetic response from entire team .
Every time we call to their Call center, new person picks up call and again we need to repeat entire story . Nobody is taking ownership of issue and they are least bothered about their customers. This is worst online shopping site we visited till date.
We urge to readers, don’t waste your time for shopping on this site instead lot more other sites are there which care about their customers . Moreover, this is very false propaganda regarding fresh fashion, we didn’t see much of attractive dresses on this site.
