I have purchased a product from this site order no. 5314319 but its not delivered yet. When I have call to the customer care (not a toll-free no.). The person told me that, "Its not a our department concern its a fault of the warehouse department, so I cant do anything for you."
In their website they have only one contact no. 0120-4851250 (For general order query: 9 AM to 9 PM) which is always engaged. They are not responding to the customer. I have paid the full money in advance. I want refund of money but I am helpless.
-Please don’t buy any product from this site.
-They are slower than a snail.
-Product never reach to you.
-Pathetic customer care.
-Waste of time and money.
Purchase product from any online store like Flipkart, Ebay, Snapdeal, but don’t buy anything from Yepme.
