I strongly feel Yepme is involved in some kind of scam by debiting money from our account and fail to deliver the product.
I recently placed an order and waited for couple of weeks then called the customer care to find the status but got a lame excuse as order is delayed then waited for a month then once again called the customer case to find the status, to my surprise they were claiming that order was recently delivered but when asked for proof of delivery they were not ready to share. Spent hours in explaining the problem with customer care but no one really cared of my complaint.
After long wait I decided to take legal action, then I stared getting calls from manager and big boss but none helped.
