I made a payment for my shoes. Later they cancelled my order saying that they havent received the amount. Then I sent screenshots of my transaction and later they agreed to refund. It has already been more than a month. I still havent got my refund, if we send any mail they will reply saying "we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department." You wont get any mail or call after that. If we call them they will say, it will be refunded within 24 hours and you wont get any amount. Finally I decided not to purchase anything from Yepme.
