An awful experience with Yepme.com !!

It all started when I requested for a replacement. My initial Order No. 10394944 which was replaced with a new shoe with Order No. 10455533. I was assured with the Rs 150 coupon which will be given to me as my courier charges that I spent to send the product to Yepme. The second shoe I received was defective, torn from the back but managed to get it right with the cobbler. The product quality is at par to which the price it’s asking.


It has been months I haven’t received the Coupon Code and have called 6 times in the meanwhile. All they said, "Sir by tonight or tomorrow morning you will receive the code, it hasn’t yet been generated." .As expected I was screwed and didn’t receive the code. Now it seems like a couple of calls and will reach a Rs 50 mark, the money spent on calling these pathetic customer service.


It’s extremely annoying. If u don’t have to give then be frank enough to say rather than giving false assurance. Will be waiting for this month and after that will file a complain in Consumer Court.


This was the first time I shopped and hope will be the last.
