Pathetic service from Yepme.com

I purchased a jacket from Yepme.com, order No. 4491723 and made a return with complaint no. 489309 on 22-Dec-2013. The product was received by Yepme.com on 30-Dec-2013 and validated OK. E-mailed pdf copy of courier receipt with it too.


Did everything as mentioned by Yepme.com policy but the after sale service is so pathetic that even after following up with customer care on this complaint number, no refund has been made yet for last 17 days. Every time you call them up they say sorry and we are processing your request. What the HELL! Do we look like some stupid people who would take any of your cooked up and repeated chants seriously? Tell me if you are going to refund me my money or not, if yes then by which date will I get my refund?


I am fed up with your service and communicated with everybody. I know of to be off your website and false promises of customer friendly policies.
