I have ordered the watch by paying online and received after weeks later on 16th November. When I opened the packet the watch was in pathetic condition and also the back panel was missing.
I have called Yepme and they ask me to courier back on my own expenses which will be refunded as well. Same day I pay 150 rupess for courier and sent the watch back.
On 22nd December when I contact the yepme again they replied stating they have received the watch and money will be credited back to my account by 6 December.
There is no explanation behind delay in payback online.
However, I haven’t received any money on 6th and they gave me another date of 10th December, then 12 and then 15th.
Till date haven’t got my money back and also I spend additional 150 on courier. This is the another cheater in online shopping industry.
Please beware of these cheaters.
