Did Not Receive the Refund Even after Six Months

I placed the order for sandals on Oct 2013 and they delivered wrong size ones. I asked for correct size and they said those were not available. Hence I asked for a refund. They took the sandals back and after two months of struggle, they sent the refund cheque, but the name was not correct. I asked them to cancel the cheque and send the cheque with the correct name. Till now the issue is not resolved. Their service is pathetic compared to their competitors in the market.
