Worst refund policy and customer service

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered with them.


I ordered shoes and jacket, both the products quality was bad and size also was small. I followed their return policy and sent the product back through post office and sent the scan copy also of the post office receipts.


Product was delivered on 30th Dec and till now I am waiting for my refund. There is so much noise at their call center end that you can’t even listen properly and every time they say we are forwarding your request, some will call and all.


If I write an email to them, revert comes in no less than 3 days and asking for order no and other details again and again. The worst ever services I have seen after a long.


I was thinking after Flipkart has changes the eCommerce market, now all new companies are also customer friendly and will have customer friendly policy, but Yepme has again pushed me back to the era before Flipkart when only Indiatimes Shopping and Rediff Shopping used to be there and was not that trustworthy.


Even small eCommerce website like " http://www.craftsparadise.com" has very nice customer service where I got the refund easily in 5 days as product was received broken, but such a big advertiser company Yepme is worst in customer services and policy.


I will wait for few more days otherwise will log a case in consumer court against them.
