Worst Service I have ever seen.

I ordered a biker jacket with my email address prt.singh3@gmail.com, and this took 2-months to get the refund.


I had spoken to Swati, Lalit, Debashish, Amit & Gurjinder, they are putting the call on hold and NOT PROVIDING A SOLUTION.


DEBASISH SAID HE WILL NOT EMAIL ME IN WRITING THAT THEY CAN REFUND ME THE AMOUNT. IT HAS  BEEN 2-MONTHS THAT I AM NOT GETTING MY REFUND/REPLACEMENT.


CALL CENTER IS AS EQUAL TO DONKEYS, ALL THE TIME THEY SAY IS SORRY, YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND. ALL SENIORS ARE BUSY. ALL MANAGERS ARE NOT IN OFFICE. YOU HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN IN THIS MANNER, YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND.


I THINK IT WOULD TAKE AGES TO GET REFUND FROM YEPME. MANAGERS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING IF THEY EXISTS, AS I AM FOLLOWING UP FOR 2-MONTHS BUT TILL NOW NO ONE SEEN AND VIMA JI KEHTI HAI AAPKI KI BAAT HO CHUKI HAI AUR 3-DIN WAIT KAR LO. MAINE KAHA YE BAAT TO ABHISHEK NE BHI KAHI THI KI 24-GHANTE MEIN AA JEYEGA. PAR ABHI TAK NAHI AAYA. TOH BATA DO MAIN KAISE VISHWAS KARU?
