Yepme is the Worst worst service company

Yepme has the most worst replacement policy. Firstly they deliver a wrong product to customer and then they arrange a pick up which is not yet done after 8 working days also. I think either the owner of this company has less brains or he has hired buffalo as a cc manager. representatives are donkey who are attending the calls to nurture there S.L.A of inbound productivity but there is been no issues solved.


A call back was arranged for my case to have a word with manager but I think the manager is busy buying his stuffs for Diwali or smoking out of the office or must be giggling for Diwali bonus because no call has been given to I ordered a mocassin for a party which was today and I did not got my original product instead of that yep me delivered a used sport shoes. till now no results for replacement, yep me s*cks.. will definately get down within a year I m sure such service will bring you down down n down. If my issue is not resolved within two working days I will take an legal action against you guys for sure . You guys have worst service poor rating is less for you guys actually you are the worst.
