I had placed an order no. 5204515 on 26.01.2014 for an amount of Rs. 685.00.


On 29.01.2014 when I phoned YEPME to check up status of my order, I was told that my order has been cancelled since the item for which my order was accepted by YEPME is out of stock and I shall get my money back in one week time.


After making numerous calls and emails I received a partial payment of Rs. 339.00. After a regular follow up, I was told on 28.02.2014 that he balance amount shall be refunded to me shortly.


As per their demand, I had sent my credit card statement also but till now no refund has been received.
