Phone banking is not at all good. The app is not at all user friendly as most of the features available on the netbanking website are not there on the app like the credit card option.
Atms are available but most of the times either they are not working or there is no cash.
Internet banking is good as it gives you a lot of options for which you need not to go to the bank and is quite user friendly in cintrast as to the app.
Customer service in banks is not good at all. What ever you ask them they dnt knw and will tell you to contact customer service on the toll free number. Now as everyone has to contact on the tfn so there is a long wait time if you even want to confirm a single and simple detail from the customer service department. Since all these problems a customer has to face then what is the point of keeping staff in bank branches.? Just tell everyone that work would be done online why paying them salaries.?
Happy with the way the made internet banking on their website dimple and user friendly but not at all happy with the customer service.
Just giving it a star on the basis of internet banking.
