Yes bank is one of the popular bank in India. I had heard so much good things about this bank about there interest on cash as well as the loans and the debit and credit card facility. So that I did one savings bank account in this bank.
When I opened the account I deposited only few rupees as I had another account in other branch. The pass book as well as the ATM got on time which made me feel happy. But once my debit card was not working properly so that I complained to replace it. But that time the customer care’s are not caring me only. Even this bank charges so much fee of SMS and other charges and which is really high compared to other banks.
Even there ATM machines are very less and its difficult to save high charges. Overall I disappointed with this bank.
