I Had opened my first account in Yes Bank only. Its a good bank. and nearest to my house. And yes oldest too. when there are no other banks near to my home. this is the only bank here. and many people from my locality has the bank account in this bank only. Yes Bank’s mostly branches are in Villages. But I want them to spread there business. As now other banks like SBI, Bank of baroda are spreading near my area. Yes Bank is still there.
About the customer service. very good. All employees there are nice and good in nature.The branch is big and nice maintained. They also have locker facility available.
They also have internet banking and phone banking facilities. But they are not up to mark. upgradation is still needed.
In total its a good semi government bank. but has less branches as compared to others. and also less ATMs. thats the only bad thing. otherwise. its good from customer service to any other work.
