Online banking doesnt work fine. I had a problem when I sent tge funds through neft and even after a day the money is not reflected in the account, I called the bank and they said problem with network all online transactions are held . this is not the firat time they did this.
Go for any other bank than this one , the only good thing I can see in this bank is issue of card in 2 days
