Even after making full payment as per their foreclosure letter yes bank is harassing us to make more payments and not closing the loan account. They literally have no customer care department, any email that you send to their support email ID all you get is auto reply. Even their top management won’t bother to reply except giving more auto replies reference numbers. Their phone support is shut since months. This is by far the worst bank I’ve seen in my life. Never ever looking back again at Yes Bank.
