I opened my account with this Bank and one day they called me with an offer for home loan. I applied for that. They took all the document including copy of adhaar card, pan card, passport size photograph bank statement slips, salary slips. But they haven’t checked back with me even after four months.
Every time I call them they say that your loan is under process and will call back when the loan is approved but they never called me back ever after.I asked them to give my personal details back, why should they keep my personal documents of they are not approving the loan? But they denied and said wait for the approval why did they call me then If they did not want to approve even though I am elegible for the loan.
