Hi all, today I would like to share my worst experience with yes bank. I got several calls from banks regarding personal loan offers. I chosen two banks among them yes bank is one. The other bank offered less interest rate and preclosure charges nill. I spoke to the yes bank representative if they offer the less interest rate and processing fees, preclosure options, then I will opt for yes bank. The representative promised that no need to worry sir, once your application submitted our manager will speak to you. You can negotiate with him. He will offer as you requested. I was waiting for the call and delayed the other bank offer. Where as the fact is different. They simply took my documents for fulfilling their monthly target. I didnt get any call. They simply collects our documents and compleates their targets.
