I have opened my account with Yes bank since September 2015. It been almost 6 months since I opened the account. My experience is very good with Yes Bank. I have opened my salary account with Yes Bank. The salary gets credited in my account on the very same day. once I blocked my card, but with assistance of Yes bank customer care, I unblcoked it with very much ease.
Very Nice features of Yes bank that I liked:
- You can withdraw money from any bank’s ATM without any extra charges for unlimited times(Other banks charges some amount after 5 transactions)
-Issue of Demand draft is free
Demat account is also available with Savings account at very nominal charge of 170 Rs. per year
It has 24 x 7 Customer care who are always ready to help
It has a field executive assigned for us who also helps during any kind of difficulties
I visited the bank also and the staff is very supportive as compared to other banks like SBI
Overall I am very satisfied with this Bank. I recommend to open an account with Yes bank and Feel the difference
