I initially liked their nice offices which were not crowded. However after a period of nearly one year...I realized that with most of the transactions with them I was being short changed.
Their FD rates were consistently lower than other banks. I found strange charges in my accounts. Sweet talk but no action on complaints.
Further in case of routine bank related transactions, some 3 staff members used to make dozens of calls and create paper work. Why? Because these guys were all green horns (some of them 5 years in the industry) who had all nice titles but no knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
I finally shifted to South Indian Bank with some apprehension but the past 2 years withthem have been hassle free.
