I applied for the account online as i do banking online as it saves time. I though since the interest offered by yes bank is good and wanted to go for it. I got a call stating that sachin from the branch would come home to verify and collect the documents next morning.
Waited for this fellow who didnt turn up for 3 days to my place. And yes bank didnt even bother to call and update this to me.
4th day after i called the branch they said that we will come in the afternoon waited again but again no reply. Got pissed off and called them again and after 15 mins conversation they said since in stay in a chawl ythey cant open my ac.
And just for all you ppl who r reading this i stay in a good area in andheri chakala which is not a black listed area. So imagine so much of frusteration with this yes bank who promise for the best service. If the start is so pathetic what would you think about this bank. I have ac with hdfc bank, model bank, kotak bank, and icici bank but never faced this issues. Discriminating bank.
