Worst bank ever seen. transaction took more than 3 days. internet banking pin still not received after 2 months and they also don’t know what happen to it. checks got regularly bounced by finding a smallest error in it.
It even took me 30 minutes for withdrawal of only Rs10000 while I was standing 1st in the queue and the cashier says that this is normal time taken as we need multiple signatures of different bank personals and they are sitting at different places. This was when they have only 4-5 employees only. planning to close my account within week only. Worst worst bank.
