I had a very bad experience with Yes Madam. I have taken facial service from beautician Ranjana Kamal.
She has used just half of the product during facial and saved half. She didn’t handover the left over product to me and said the product is too costly we use one kit on 2 customers. You can’t trust on her and she is telling lie like had returned the left over product to me when I enquired like can one facial kit be used for 2 customers, even though every customer is paying full product amount.
Raised the request to customer care and they are saying we can add 200 Rs in your wallet after so many follow ups , beyond that we can’t do anything. I am doing follow up from last 3 days and they never called me back. This is how YES MADAM value their customer.
Pathetic experience!
