I own a 1975 model Yezdi 250 c.c. deluxe motorcycle. I started driving this bike when I was just 15 years old, in my 9th class.
This bike is really worth its CC figure. An awesome, powerful engine that can take it upto speed of 120 km/hr comfortibly. The grip and the balance is one of its kind, unmatcheable. The gear system is such that the bike can be put to neutral from any gear, i.e. there is a neutral between every gear. With the new Escorts carburretor, the bike is yielding a cool 45 km/litres. Overall, the bike is the best in 250 cc class.
The bike has done whole 2, 75000(Two lakh seventy thousand kilometers)-the speedometer has completed two rounds and is currently at 75000 km. Yet to go miles ahead. Even after so much use, the only parts of bike changed are the tyres and chain-sprockets, plus a little small spares like horn etc. Everything is genuine as was supplied by the company. The pickup is better than any of the bike available in the market, except the Karizma.
