This is my second review. I usually frequent saloons for waxing and threading and never attempt local for hair, as these parlours are known to ruin hair.
Now coming to my experience, today, Friday, 20th May, the manager, all yoga managers for some strange reason are men, and mind u they r not a unisex parlour but they have male managers for some sexist reason I fail to comprehendo. so this manager starts knocking at my room where I was getting my waxing done in 10 minutes of me getting into the service. He then continued to shout from outside every 5 minutes calling out his staff.
Then I did not think much of it till when, he surpassed all boundaries of civilians and barged in on my threading eyebrow at the mirror counter, thankfully it was only an eyebrow. with the struggle of pulling up my brow and shutting one eyelid, I squeezed to see what he wanted. sir wanted my number, Was kind of stumped. I asked can u wait, he rudely said, no it will be ready by the time u come to cash.now I hadn’t got 10 services done tat it is rocket science for him to figure out. the beat part is, when I questioned this manager further while billing he argues, saying, they r suppose to finish in 30minutes, which is a bizarre argument t, is it pizza delivery? Then he goes ahead accusing me and the poor girl who was servicing me, of "she could be doing something else no man".
By now I lost it. I asked what do you mean, he says she could be doing some other service. the point is he had no apology or sense of doing wrong and behaving in an environment full of women clients. no apology for barging into my face while my brows were being Aug out, no r for the constant knocking while my waxing was on.(the service is good, some girls do their job very well. It’s the managers who need a lesson in manners)
This is unacceptable. and the management t is least bothered with such negative reviews. I give up on ylg. please visit these uncouth ppl at ur own risk.
