I buy a new yo explorer from jainco yo bykes in kamla nagar New Delhi. its very useful company claims that it will run 100km but actually run not more than 70km .and we have to charge it about 8 hours .only the yo explorer is useful for specially teenagers but not for old persons so friends if you are a teenager you can buy yo explorer at your own risk.
So I will say that you can buy your bike.
